What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- Carpet cleaning - $40 per area with an $100 minimum. Typically, an area is a room that is up to 300 square feet (that is 15 x 20 or approximately the size of a two-car garage). Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price. Our price includes treating for spots, and a 7-day satisfaction policy. There are no hidden fees or additional charges. Also, we never sub-contact, so our technicians are always background checked, drug tested and properly trained - Hardwood cleaning - $0.60 per sq. ft. with a $100 minimum - House cleaning - $100 minimum Every house varies in size and what needs to be cleaned, so we need to talk with each customer to give an accurate quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide free estimate, we can travel to your facility or you can provide us with the details over the phone or email and we can give you the quote. If you like the quote we can set up the service date that is convenient to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We're certified and recognized by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked in the management and cleaning industry for over 10 years and I found an opportunity to do it by myself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a 2 bedroom 1 bath move out cleaning for a tenant that was left trashed out we had to wear hazmat suits to clean it. It took 2 people 6hrs to complete and we were amazed how it cleaned out and the tenant was so happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hire a company that is insured and should provide the proof. also check it on BBB. ask for reference and check out there website

Customers should have these things in their mind or fully decided before even meeting with professional to gather quotes. 1. Want They want done (Scope of work) 2. When they want the work to start (timeline) 3. What they want to spend (budget) 4. Possibly a finish time
